BlueJ doesn't respect JUnit's @FixMethodOrder annotation

      Description

JUnit lets you fix the order in which methods are run using the @FixMethodOrder annotation on a class. BlueJ doesn't take any notice of this, but it runs all the methods in order that they are returned by getMethods. We could either optionally sort the methods only when @FixMethodOrder is present – or we could just sort them all the time regardless of annotation (which I think would meet with the JUnit specs for the case of having and not having the annotation).
