      Description

When opening a Git project, if you enter an incorrect repository (e.g. wrong password), and say OK, it asks where to check out to (fine; you could have checked connection). But after you say OK, it briefly flashes up what I think is a PkgMgrFrame before it immediately vanishes, leaving you with no idea of what went wrong. This may be an FX/Swing issue: we might be showing an error dialog which should be modal to that window, but isn't.
