      Description

At the moment in BlueJ (and Greenfoot), double-clicking a class opens the code editor, but it always does so in a tab in the default fx tabbed editor. Some users like to open new editors in a new window, but that involves splitting off the tab afterwards using a right-click menu. We should add functionality that when the user double-clicks a class while holding shift (in BlueJ and Greenfoot), the resulting code editor always opens in a new FX tabbed window.
